Q: I keep getting notification emails that I have messages, but they're the same messages that I already had.

When you get a Notification email to alert you that you have messages, you have to "action" those messages. Either Save them or Delete them or Reply to them. As long as you have the yellow box telling you that you have messages, you will keep receiving daily email notifications. Go to Read message and on the top it will give you choices to Save, Delete, Reply.

Once you have cleared your messages and the Message box is no longer yellow, you will not keep receiving an email notification for the same messages. You will however, receive notification for a new message.

Q: After I have read my messages, it still shows that I have a message.

After you have read your messages and either saved or deleted them, click on Return to Messages and it will show that you have no more messages.

Q: How do I resize a photograph for my profile?

You don't need to resize your photograph, unless it is larger than 2Mb, as the server will do that for you automatically. If it's larger than 2Mb then you'll need a program like Microsoft Paint or Adobe Photoshop. There are also often programs included with digital cameras that will allow photo editing.

Q: I don't want to receive an email every time I get a new message or Nudge.

Go to the "My Settings" link under "About Me" on the top menu. You can change your notifications settings under the heading "My Preferences".

Don't forget to click the "Save settings" button when you're done.
